Job summary

GCash, part of Mynt, is seeking a Portfolio Manager in the Philippines to drive portfolio alignment with business strategy and oversee cross-team dependencies. You will work with IT, software engineering, and operations to collect insights, generate KPI reports, and support risk mitigation for complex product projects.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, resource coordination, and proactive communication with senior leadership to ensure timely, value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field; MBA preferred in project management or related field.
• Experience of managing complex project and product development.
• Knowledge of managing agile methodology.
• Experience working in Agile environment.
• Experience of managing resources with different skill set for agile delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all portfolio activities are aligned with overarching organizational strategies and objectives. Communicating portfolio strategies clearly to teams to ensure consistent direction and focus.
• Identifying and tracking dependencies between projects across tribes.
• Facilitating collaboration and communication between teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies. Generating regular reports on portfolio health, financial performance, and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Collaborating with teams to assess the impact of identified risks and determine mitigation strategies
• Regularly review risk exposure and report on risk status to leadership, highlighting critical areas.

Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll be responsible for the following:
