Job summary

AboitizPower is looking for a Planning and Business Process Specialist in Makati, Philippines to support governance, annual planning, and project portfolio management. You will drive process optimization, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights to enable growth and operational excellence.

You will lead cross-functional projects, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement through analytics, trend reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any Engineering Degree.
• At least 2 years of combined experience in business analysis or business process improvement
• Has led, co-led or co-delivered at least 1 cross-functional project/ programs
• Has facilitated at least 1 training/workshop
• Proficiency in Power BI or other business intelligence tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of planning governance processes by consolidating planning inputs, monitoring performance data, and preparing reports on progress and variances against strategic targets.
• Maintain process documentation and support compliance activities in alignment with governance and ISO standards. Assist in conducting process analyses, track innovation initiatives, and help implement change management actions.
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational and financial data, develop trend analyses and performance reports and identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance decision‑making through data analytics.
