Job summary

WPP Media’s Openmind team is recruiting for a senior-level role focused on day-to-day operations, coordination with clients, and stakeholder communication to drive growth. You will work with local, regional, and global teams to deliver strategic planning and campaigns, while mentoring colleagues and delivering high-quality outputs.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in media planning, strong communication and numeric skills, and a solid grasp of both digital and traditional media channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 5-10 years media/comms planning experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and digital planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overarching strategic communication planning addressing client business needs.
• Supervise team output for quality and timeliness.
• Manage day-to-day client requirements through mentoring.
• Delegate tasks ensuring time, resources and training.
• Conduct annual/interim team appraisals.
• Build and maintain productive client/team relationships.
