Job summary

Vogue Concepts Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Manager to oversee inventory management, monitoring, analysis, and recommendations to support brand growth across channels, stores, and merchandise categories.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will align merchandising strategies with business objectives and global campaigns. The role requires strong business sense, 5+ years in Retail Sales & Store Operations, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or Business Management.

Qualifications

Strong business and commercial sense with ability to plan growth strategies.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
Analytical and decisive in selecting optimal actions.
Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with urgency.

Responsibilities

Align with Brand Head for Sales Targets per store/category to guide stock planning and OTB approval.
Monitor buys/orders/shipments vs OTB Budget to prevent stock gaps or overstock.
Analyze sales by collection/category to recommend commercial/promotional actions aligned with campaigns.
Provide data-driven inputs on seasonal buying and inventory needs.
Coordinate with Brand partners, VM, Logistics, and MIS to ensure timely allocation and reporting.
