Job summary

TE in the Philippines seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage stock replenishment, execute procurement activities from PR to PO, and ensure on‑time, full deliveries to TE plants. The role collaborates with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care to maintain supply continuity and internal customer satisfaction.

The candidate will analyze supplier performance, resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies, and support strategic decisions with procurement analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (3–5 years).
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock replenishment from multiple suppliers to ensure supply continuity.
• Execute procurement activities from PR to PO releases.
• Resolve exceptions and aging orders within agreed timelines.
• Monitor KPIs like shortages, supplier performance, and invoice aging.
