Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a seasoned network planning professional to develop NTG’s 3-year integrated service master plan for BB and B2B services, aligning network initiatives with Globe's strategic goals.

The role covers end-to-end CAPEX prioritization, master plan benefit realization, and risk management, as well as end-to-end network architecture development to support scalable, secure, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop NTG’s 3-year integrated service master plan for BB and B2B services.
• Align network plans with Globe's business objectives and strategies.
• Lead end-to-end CAPEX prioritization and management within NTG.
• Develop and enhance end-to-end network architecture to support growth, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Service Owners, Chapters and Territories and communicate plans and risks to executives and stakeholders.
