SM Retail Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Specialist with a focus on Marketing procurement to manage sourcing of marketing materials and related services, coordinate suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely processing of purchase requirements.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines, and specifications, drive supplier evaluations, and secure compliant deliveries while building solid supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• At least 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Marketing procurement experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage procurement requirements for Marketing collaterals and related categories.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines, and specifications.
• Ensure timely processing of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with terms.
