Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Specialist (RPO) in Quezon City, Philippines for onsite work. You will partner with Hiring Managers, manage requisitions, and design sourcing plans to build a qualified candidate pool.

You will lead job ads, screening, and client interactions to ensure service excellence and timely hires. Key duties include forecasting, ATS maintenance, and leveraging diverse networks to fill roles.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience building relationships with Hiring Managers and managing end-to-end recruitment.
• 4-6 years of recruitment best practices.
• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience with sourcing expertise.
• 4-6 years of experience in applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in IT or Healthcare or US Recruitment and high-volume hiring.

Responsibilities

• Define hiring forecasts with client Hiring Managers and leaders.
• Coordinate requisitions, role briefings, sourcing strategies and timelines.
• Adhere to recruitment processes and promote best practices.
• Develop new sourcing methods and candidate pipelines.
• Meet production and revenue targets as set by management.
• Use ATS and other tools to manage candidate data accurately.
• Screen candidates against detailed criteria to assess fit.
• Participate in client meetings as directed by TA leadership.
• Keep ATS updated at all times.
• Develop candidate interest for available roles and clients.
• Identify professional groups and networks for referrals.
• Run information webinars and campaigns to attract candidates.
• Determine advertising venues and manage budget with TA leadership.
