Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation seeks an IT Manager to lead our technology function, overseeing SAP Business One, BI dashboards, and IT infrastructure to support growth. Location includes Taytay, Rizal and Quezon City.

You will translate business needs into scalable IT solutions, manage vendors, ensure ERP stability, and drive data-driven decisions through Power BI. Strong problem-solving and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT Manager / IT Supervisor / Systems Manager roles.
• Strong skills in SAP / SAP Business One, Power BI, SQL and IT infrastructure.
• Experience supporting ERP systems (finance, operations, inventory).
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enhancement of business systems (SAP, reporting tools, analytics platforms).
• Translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system efficiency.
• Ensure proper testing, implementation, and user adoption.
• Manage SAP B1 technical support, issue resolution, and system maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and external consultants.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and performance optimization.
• Ensure ERP stability across finance, operations, and inventory.
• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools.
• Support data integration from SAP and other systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Oversee servers, networks, endpoints, backups, and cloud services.
• Ensure system availability, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Manage IT assets, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Supervise end-user support and IT operations.
• Lead and develop the IT team.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and IT budgets.
• Develop and execute IT roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Advise management on technology strategy, risks, and investments.
