The role partners with the CEO to turn ambiguous objectives into structured plans, ensuring options are researched, questions asked, and execution moving.

You will evaluate platforms, manage specialists, and build executive reporting while using AI as a serious work tool.

• Can intelligently hire and manage specialists in areas outside their own expertise.
• Is comfortable with numbers, budgets, spreadsheets, and business metrics.
• Can research unfamiliar subjects quickly without confusing AI output with verified fact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's transition from one major technology platform to another
• Research and pursue accreditation opportunities
• Improve operational systems that are not working
• Evaluate software, vendors, consultants, or new hires
• Build executive reporting or financial tracking systems
• Research new initiatives and turn them into actionable plans
• Coordinate technical specialists without needing to personally be the engineer
• Use AI to research, analyze, organize, troubleshoot, and move substantially faster
