The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and stakeholder engagement across ADM locations.

The candidate will review PRs, convert them to POs, ensure policy compliance, and mitigate supply risks while driving continuous improvement through KPI development and robust supplier

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business economics, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in MRO or MRO services.
• Strong collaboration across functions and with external partners/suppliers.
• Proficient in data interpretation, analytics and decision support.

Aufgaben

• Review PRs and convert to POs promptly across all ADM locations.
• Ensure compliance with Global Non-Commodity Procure-to-Pay policy.
• Develop strategies to mitigate supply risks for critical items/services.
• Collaborate with PR creators to provide timely, robust communication.
• Support Hub & Spoke purchasing infrastructure with global and local stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs to track Procure-to-Pay metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier relationships and communication on PO status and performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and drive sourcing negotiations.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely supplier invoice payments.
