Job summary

CHIROPRACTIC FIRST (PH) OPC in Makati seeks a proactive Expansion, Leasing & Project Development coordinator to support site research, leasing activities, and opening preparations. You will coordinate with landlords, mall management, brokers, contractors, suppliers, and government offices while tracking permits, fit-out, and pre-opening requirements.

This role also covers project and operations coordination, data reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely completion and business

Responsibilities

• Support site research, leasing, project development, and opening activities.
• Coordinate with landlords, mall management, brokers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, government offices, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with site inspections, assessments, measurements, and site reports.
• Prepare lease comparisons, commercial analyses, proposals, and negotiation materials.
• Track lease terms, permits, approvals, fit-out, construction, signage, equipment, and pre-opening requirements.
• Support the Senior Operations & Development Manager in assigned projects.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, deliverables, and pending requirements.
• Monitor permits, licenses, contracts, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and follow up on delays, issues, and outstanding requirements.
• Maintain organized project files and records.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, business cases, proposals, presentations, and project updates.
• Consolidate and analyze data for management decision-making.
• Prepare basic financial and commercial comparisons and cost analyses.
• Provide timely updates on projects, risks, opportunities, and action items.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, inspections, and project discussions.
• Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Maintain professional relationships with landlords, vendors, contractors, consultants, government offices, and other partners.
• Prepare correspondence and maintain organized project records.
• Assist with company events, meetings, and business development activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support business growth and operations.
