Job summary

SOPHiA GENETICS in Boston seeks a Corporate Strategy Associate reporting to the Chief of Staff to help shape long-term growth strategy. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site in Boston, MA and offers exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional initiatives.

You will define the long-term growth plan, lead go-to-market initiatives, create Board presentations, manage priority projects from ideation to implementation, and collaborate with sponsors across the business to drive growth

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define our long-term growth strategy and support the development of our long-range business plan
• Lead go-to-market strategy, commercial improvement initiatives, and growth strategy
• Construct executive and Board-level presentations to share key insights and recommendations with company leadership
• Lead high priority strategic projects from ideation through to implementation (e.g., pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, business transformations, organizational design, process improvement)
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive cross-departmental initiatives to reach growth goals
• Perform quantitative analyses and partner with executive leadership to drive quarterly and annual goal-setting
