Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Group Finance Manager in the Philippines to partner with senior leaders, drive finance transformation, and provide strategic financial guidance across the group. You will oversee consolidation, compliance, and a core accounting team, while championing AI, automation, and real-time performance insights.

Responsibilities include leading group-wide FP&A, explaining variances, and mentoring a diverse finance team to sustain growth in a consumer healthcare/retail context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-entity consolidations.
• Strategic mindset with CFO-like influence beyond reporting.
• Strong tech affinity, incl. AI/automation and modern accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to executive team with financial visibility.
• Lead group-wide financial planning (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Analyze variances, identify root causes of performance trends.
• Champion AI and automation to reduce manual tasks in finance.
• Optimize IT systems (incl. QuickBooks) for real-time data.
• Oversee accounting, consolidation, compliance for holdco and subsidiaries.
• Manage AP/AR, cash flow, and multi-entity reconciliations.
• Mentor and inspire a diverse finance team.
• Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.
