Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking an experienced Secretariat and Governance professional to provide secretariat support for the Medical Tower's key decision-making platforms, ensuring material accuracy and Ministry-level readiness.

You will manage governance calendars, develop minutes and board papers, coordinate MOH/MOF submissions, and track actions with dashboards for leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• Exceptional writing skills to produce minutes and papers for Ministry-level submission.
• Ability to distill complex technical and clinical discussions into concise minutes and executive summaries.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple governance timelines and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end secretariat process for high-level committees and steering forums, including agenda-setting, coordination with content leads for inputs, and ensuring papers are prepared and reviewed ahead of CEO and Director sign-off.
• Distil complex technical and clinical discussions from committee meetings into concise minutes, executive summaries, and action trackers.
• Coordinate the drafting and timely submission of approval papers to MOH, MOF, MOHH, and Cluster Board.
• Maintain a forensic record of all decisions and actions arising from project huddles and committee meetings, with dashboards for leadership.
