Job summary

Philippine Red Cross in Mandaluyong invites seasoned fundraising leaders to join as Fund Generation Director, responsible for strategies that maximize resources across campaigns, donor engagement, and project revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field.
• At least 7 years in fundraising/resource generation.
• At least 7 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong donor relations and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing programs to maximize resource generation and donor engagement.
• Monitor and report fundraising performance; coordinate with chapters and HQ.
• Assist in designing fund-raising proposals and donor communications.
• Ensure accountability and transparency in fundraising operations and reporting.
