Job summary

Prime Infra is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to support financial modelling, budgeting, and management reporting. The role collaborates with the FP&A Manager to formulate medium- and long-term financial plans and to evaluate cost efficiency across operating units.

Located in Pasay, the position requires at least three years in financial modelling, budgeting, and corporate analysis, with CPA/CFA/AFM/CFM certifications viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, economics, or business management with specialization in finance is preferred.
• With at least three (3) years of experience in financial modelling, valuations, financial planning, budgeting.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
• Certifications such as CPA, CFA, AFM or CFM are relevant.
• Project management experience (timeline, team/resources, costs, risks, stakeholders).
• Advanced financial modelling, valuations, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentations skills, including ability to prepare concise PowerPoint decks for management.

Responsibilities

• Supports preparation of financial models, budgets and management reports.
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis of operational and financial aspects to map goals and plans.
• Formulates medium and long-term financial and strategic plans with the FP&A Manager.
• Develops cost-efficiency analyses for operating units and departments; recommends improvements.
• Creates, updates, and maintains financial models for ongoing investments and projects.
• Consolidates budgets from departments into a single corporate budget; performs variance analysis.
