Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Makati is seeking a Finance Analyst to deliver timely financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will support the Finance and Management Services team and help senior leadership make informed strategic decisions based on data and market trends.

The role requires 2 years in FP&A or corporate finance, a degree in Finance or Accounting, and strong Excel skills. Experience with SAP is desired. The work schedule is 8AM–5PM, Monday to Friday in Makati.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, or corporate finance.
• Graduate of Finance or Accounting or related course.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial systems like SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Provide primary support to the Finance and Management Services.
• Head, through the Financial Planning and Tax Supervisor, in their role of advising the commercial team and senior leadership make informed strategic decisions via actionable insight based on financial data and market trends.
