Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations or Accounting is required.
• 5 years' experience in finance, operations or accounting.
• Proficiency with Excel, SAP and SharePoint for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leading all financial planning activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
• Drive financial excellence and ensure accuracy and integrity of results with cross-functional alignment.
• Explain relationships between operations and financial results and ensure compliance.
• Provide strategic insights by analyzing competitive context to improve financial performance.
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation in financial processes and reporting.
