Joy~Nostalg Group is seeking a Financial Reporting Officer to consolidate and report the financial performance of its diversified units. The role emphasizes disciplined oversight, robust internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements to deliver accurate, decision-ready reports for management and shareholders.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA, 3+ years in financial accounting/FP&A with consolidation exposure, and strong analytical and communication skills for cross-unit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, or related business discipline.
• CPA certification (required or strongly preferred).
• 3 years of progressive experience in financial accounting, reporting, or FP&A with at least 2–3 years in consolidation/group finance.
• Proven track record producing management reports, board decks, or shareholder reporting packages.
• Experience with budget vs. actual variance analysis and rolling forecasts across 2+ business units or cost centers.
• Exposure to diversified or multi-industry operations (e.g., real estate, hospitality, energy/power generation).
• Core competencies in financial consolidation, IFRS/PFRS application, financial statement analysis.

Responsabilités

• Consolidate, analyze, and report financial performance for the Group’s operating units.
• Support risk management and regulatory compliance through disciplined oversight.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among the Group Chief Control Officer and teams for accurate reporting.
• Maintain robust internal controls and assist in deploying control systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of assets, data, and processes.
