Job summary

SN Aboitiz Power Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner Analyst to support the FBP function within the Office of the COO. You will assist with budgeting, cost analysis, and process improvements to enable sound operational decisions.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, experience in finance, and collaboration across teams, with exposure to Lean Six Sigma and PMO activities to drive efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in FP&A or related finance functions.
• Exposure to process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or project management is a plus.
• Experience in the power/energy industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operational Finance Support: assist in budget consolidation, cost variance analysis, and CAPEX/OPEX evaluations.
• Business Process Improvement: create process maps and documentation to identify bottlenecks.
• Lean Six Sigma Program Support: apply DMAIC and track KPI improvements.
• PMO Support: monitor project timelines, budgets, and portfolio KPIs.
