A7 Recruitment Company in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead accounting, budgeting, and compliance for project-based operations. The role oversees financial reporting, cash flow planning, and statutory filings, ensuring accuracy and contractual adherence.

You will manage banking relations, insurance, project revenues, and disbursements, driving robust internal controls and timely billing.

Responsibilities

• Accounting and financial reporting management: manages internal accounting to ensure robust and accurate financial results.
• Budgeting and forecasting: develops annual and mid-term business plans and budgets, maintains monthly cash flow forecast, prepares monthly P&L forecast.
• Statutory accounting and compliance: prepares annual statutory financial statements and submits payroll tax, corporate tax returns and other filings.
• Banking relations: formulates or enhances bank accreditation procedures and reviews allocation limits and security mix.
• Insurance management: develops and implements plans for insuring liability, property, and vehicle fleet risks, suggests policy adjustments.
• Revenue management and cash assurance: manages project revenues to ensure contract compliance.
• Disbursement management: manages and controls the settlement process within the budget.
• Business process support: provides financial reviews on proposals and executes project billing and collection.
