AcuityMD is seeking a strategic finance professional to join the FP&A team, driving financial analysis, planning, and AI-enabled transformation across the business. You’ll own forecasting, headcount, and spend, partnering with senior leaders to translate data into decisions.

This remote-friendly role supports the US market with a focus on scalable finance processes, procurement, and performance insights, offering growth in a fast-scaling MedTech SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in finance/strategic roles (investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, or related).
• Strong financial modeling and analytical rigor with spreadsheet fluency.
• Ability to structure ambiguity and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Tackle high-priority questions across the business, including AI costs, ROI, market opportunities, pricing & packaging, and investments.
• Own forecasting, headcount and spend planning, and driver-based financial models.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and scalable finance processes to improve data quality and decision support.
• Analyze performance, define KPIs, and establish reporting cadences for leadership.
• Own procurement and spend optimization processes, tooling, and vendor evaluations, renewals, and negotiations.
