AboitizPower Corporation is seeking a Corporate Finance Head to serve as the in-house financial adviser for mid to long term investment decisions in the Transition Business Group. You will support strategic capital investments, develop financial recommendations, and implement strategies aligned with company policies and tax regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, valuation, equity research, investment banking and FP&A.
• 5+ years in leadership roles within finance.
• 3+ years in handling corporate finance projects.

Responsabilités

• Present valuation cases and investment analysis with insights and recommendations to TBG executives.
• Review and develop financial models and valuations for screening and evaluating opportunities.
• Deliver financial advisory services and analyze deal structures, financing options, and due diligence outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day investment transactions, coordination of analyses, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
