Job summary

MedGrocer is seeking a Finance Lead to oversee the daily operations of the Finance team in Makati. You will drive data-driven analyses, guide strategic financial decisions, and mentor a talented group of professionals.

You will also lead initiatives to improve financial systems, ensure tax compliance with BIR regulations, and partner with business units to support growth and cost savings in our digitally-enabled healthcare platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience in a finance role.
• CPA licensure preferred but not required.
• Must work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Finance team to ensure timely, accurate operations.
• Perform data-driven analyses and share insights with business units and leadership.
• Propose and implement initiatives to improve financial systems and processes.
• Ensure tax compliance, including timely tax returns and payments per BIR rulings.
