Responsibilities

• Work with the President in translating a business idea into projects and activities.
• Lead Managers to develop innovative ideas for new projects.
• Preside over Management Committee meetings and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare Feasibility Study for various company projects.
• Evaluate feasibility of new proposals and translate into programs.
• Coordinate with Finance Manager on initial financial evaluation.
