Job summary

JMR Global | Talent Solutions is seeking a Security Architect to join its growing cybersecurity practice in Manila. You will help design and strengthen enterprise security programs, building security into technology environments from the ground up.

The role requires hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment, risk management, and governance, plus the ability to influence multiple teams and mentor others in security best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise security programs and architectures.
• Ability to assess systems for vulnerabilities and translate findings into mitigations.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influence across teams.
• Hands-on coaching and mentorship to growing security teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture behind enterprise security solutions from concept through implementation.
• Advise on security controls and mitigation approaches.
• Collaborate with business teams to drive security initiatives.
• Set and evolve security standards, policies, and practices.
• Identify vulnerabilities and assess overall security posture.
• Ground decisions in ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Mentor and coach team members to grow security capability.
