Job summary

World Vision Philippines is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape enterprise-wide architecture and ensure coherence across programs and platforms in a complex, global NGO environment.

You will balance business value with technical risk, guide solution architectures, and maintain standards, roadmaps, and governance. You’ll mentor Solution and Lead Architects and partner with senior leaders to drive sustainable, impactful change.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including applications, data, cloud, and security.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, standards, and patterns at organizational scale.
• Understanding of how technology enables business capabilities and value streams.
• Ability to bridge architectural strategy with practical delivery execution through hands-on technical acumen.
• Working knowledge of enterprise repositories and architecture artefacts to curate and assure quality.

Responsibilities

• Shape architecture across multiple initiatives to ensure enterprise coherence.
• Ensure solution designs align with standards, target architectures, and roadmaps.
• Identify cross-domain dependencies, risks, and opportunities for reuse.
• Contribute to development and evolution of enterprise standards and patterns.
• Maintain enterprise architecture views, inventories, and roadmaps in the EA repository.
• Identify and prioritize architectural risk and debt reduction across initiatives.
• Lead development of segment and enterprise views in collaboration with the EA practice.
• Act as Solution Architect on exceptionally complex or strategic initiatives when required.
• Mentor and guide Solution/Lead Architects to raise architectural maturity.
• Bridge enterprise direction with solution execution needs and mitigations.
• Act as trusted architectural advisor to business and technology leaders.
• Operate as a generalist with depth across multiple BDAT domains.
