• Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital account management, client services, or integrated marketing roles.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading day-to-day campaign operations.
• Working knowledge of major digital platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and owned channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills for multiple timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining consistency across multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of digital and integrated campaigns across social, digital platforms, and related channels.
• Primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment and expectation management throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Translate client briefs into actionable timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, influencer, production, and analytics) and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee campaign schedules, status reports, documentation, and approvals to ensure operational consistency.
• Monitor campaign progress, proactively identifying risks or issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Partner with analytics and reporting teams to track performance, consolidate insights, and support post-campaign evaluations.
• Ensure outputs align with approved strategies, brand guidelines, and agreed objectives.
