Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and insights.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify variances, and implement action plans.
• Develop inventory and replenishment strategies including Open-to-Buy planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand, supply, and inventory plans.
• Lead and coach the Demand Planning team to drive improvements and accountability.
