Job summary

CBC in the Philippines is seeking a Business Analytics Officer to translate data into clear insights that guide growth and inform forward-looking decisions across the Bank.

You will partner with business units, define data requirements, develop reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, or R, and present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations while upholding data privacy and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field is required.
• Experience in business analytics or similar roles is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand goals and define data requirements.
• Analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools and SQL.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decisions.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to data modeling and analytics solution development.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy standards.
