Job summary

MISNet, Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the Accounting, Finance, and Administration teams. You will oversee daily operations and ensure timely financial reporting, budgets, and analyses for management and stakeholders.

The role requires CPA, at least 5 years in a similar role, and strong leadership. You will work closely with the Chairman to drive compliance and organizational efficiency across departments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CPA license.
• At least 5 years in Accounting Manager role.
• Managerial experience in Finance – General/Cost Accounting, Taxation, or equivalent.
• Hands-on in BIR audits, LOA and NOD.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, audit, taxation, and payroll.
• Proficient with Xero and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cash flow, receivables, government remittances, SEC reporting, contracts, billing, compensation, and taxes.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial reports to support management decisions.
• Prepare and file government reports and tax returns on time.
• Prepare cash position reports and cash flow projections.
• Prepare foreign invoices, projection reports, journal vouchers, and business correspondences.
• Prepare salary adjustment forms and notices.
• Prepare quarterly BIR income tax returns.
• Analyze accounts and generate internal financial reports.
• Review sales invoices and disbursements.
• Encode and review payroll data, process payroll computations, and approve payroll.
