Job summary

World Vision International is seeking a Cloud FinOps Analyst to bridge Finance, IT, and engineering, driving cost efficiency across a global cloud footprint. You will leverage governance frameworks to optimize cloud investments and support mission-critical programs with scalable cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud financial management, cost optimization, or FinOps within a large-scale, multi-cloud environment.
• Proficiency with cloud cost tools (AWS/GCP/Azure), FinOps platforms, and BI/reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L reconciliation.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into executive-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate, normalize, and analyze multi-cloud data to identify trends, anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports on cloud spend and cost allocation.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to establish rolling cloud budgets and forecasts.
• Enforce FinOps governance policies, tagging standards, and budget guardrails.
• Design and refine chargeback/showback mechanisms to allocate cloud costs.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives including rightsizing and RI/Savings Plans strategies.
• Advise senior leadership on cloud financial implications and drive cross-functional alignment.
