Job summary

World Vision in Metro Manila is seeking a Cloud FinOps Analyst to bridge Finance, IT, and engineering, driving financial accountability and cost efficiency across our multi-cloud footprint. You will translate cloud usage data into actionable insights and governance to optimize investments and enable transparent chargeback models.

Responsibilities include cost analytics across AWS/Azure/GCP, budgeting and forecasting, and implementing FinOps governance, tagging, and automation.

Qualifications

+ 3+ years of cloud financial management or FinOps experience in a large multi-cloud environment.
+ Proficiency with cloud cost tools and FinOps platforms; able to analyze and report.
+ Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L reconciliation skills.
+ Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for executives.
+ Collaborative, technically proficient with IaC and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Aggregate, normalize, and analyze multi-cloud consumption data (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports on cloud spend and forecasts.
Partner with Finance and business leaders to establish rolling cloud budgets and variances.
Design, implement, and refine chargeback/showback mechanisms across products and projects.
Lead cost optimization initiatives including rightsizing, RI strategies, and automation.
