Job summary

Marsh is seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship Management Team in the Philippines. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office and focuses on growing profitability, client satisfaction, and retention for complex priority accounts.

You will align client strategies with Marsh capabilities, build relationships, conduct client research, and support account management tasks to enable senior colleagues to focus on growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of client-facing/account-handling experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts.
• Develops and communicates understanding of client businesses by conducting client research and benchmarking studies.
• Supports account management tasks including billing, calendars, timelines, and liaison with internal professionals.
• Manages account concerns and resolves issues in a timely manner, escalating when needed.
• Collects insights on relationship satisfaction and reports results with context to senior colleagues.
• Builds relationships with client counterparts and stays fluent in Marsh offerings and market trends.
