Responsibilities

• Provide high-level financial guidance and long-term projections.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior management, investors, and auditors.
• Direct finance, accounting, controller and treasury teams.
• Oversee budgeting, rolling forecasts, and negotiations.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and management accounts.
• Lead multi-year financial modeling and profitability forecasting.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity for operations and growth.
• Formulate and execute corporate investment strategies.
• Identify and mitigate financial liabilities and risks.
