Job summary

Arthaland is seeking a Finance professional to support corporate overhead and CAPEX budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. The role involves consolidating departmental budgets, validating expenditures, and preparing management-ready financial statements.

You will contribute to internal control improvements and assist in migrating processes toward SAP-based workflows as part of the finance team. Prior experience with ALCO reporting is advantageous and the position is based at the Manila

Responsibilities

• Aid in the preparation and consolidation of annual administrative expenses and CAPEX budgets for each department.
• Prepare and send monthly reports on actual performance versus forecast to the relevant departments.
• Check budget sufficiency before releasing payment requests and processing advances, reimbursements and corporate expenditures.
• Gather and consolidate monthly departmental reports for the financial management package.
• Provide financial analysis and highlights to support management decisions, including cash flow assessments.
• Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements for ALCO and other units as required.
