The role requires a bachelor's in accounting or related field, 1–2 years in billing or remittance, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of billing, remittance, or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Billing Operations: Process and monitor all booked accounts for billing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.
• Reporting: Prepare regular and ad hoc reports related to billing and remittance activities.
• Remittance: Ensure timely remittance of payments from DepEd and partner institutions; post remittances from various payroll channels.
• Discrepancy handling: Reconcile payments against billed accounts and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
