• High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor booked accounts for billing with complete documents.
• Submit electronic billing reports to DepEd and partner institutions.
• Generate billing reports including deducted, un-deducted, and not effected accounts.
• Ensure timely remittance and reconcile payments against billed accounts.
• Review and process refunds, adjustments, and re-billing.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc billing/remittance reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and government reporting.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
