Ubiquity in Bacolod is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to translate data into strategic insights and support decision-making. You will partner with leadership, design dashboards, and drive data-driven initiatives using Looker, SQL, and Excel.

You will monitor KPIs, present findings to executives, and collaborate with the BI Reporting Analyst and MIS to deliver scalable BI solutions across departments.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of BPO experience.
• 4-6 years in BI or analytics.
• Knowledge in Banking Operations / FinTech / Customer Experience.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Excel, SQL.
• Experience in data architecture and governance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge in documenting user guides and SOPs.

• Provide recommendations on data-driven strategies and opportunities for improvement.
