Job summary

You will translate customer requirements into inspection standards, support prototype builds, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a quality or engineering degree, 2+ years in QA, strong problem-solving, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Degree in quality, industrial, or engineering required or desired.
• Two or more years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to lead a cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent project management.
• Proficient knowledge of basic office and analytical software.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and flexible hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a quality point of contact for strategic accounts and support cross-functional teams.
• Support prototype builds and run-off activities to drive improvements.
• Coordinate internal follow-up, communicate quality trends, and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Provide field support on site to validate design and quality initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement quality standards and workflows for strategic accounts.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance and drive corrective actions.
