Accenture is seeking a Services Counsel to support Global Services Legal teams aligned to Digital Core, AI & Data, Cybersecurity, or Technology in assessing new offerings and preparing them for market.

You will identify regulatory risks, develop mitigation strategies with colleagues, and enable the Sales & Delivery Legal team to handle day‑to‑day contracting with guidance and SME support, including post‑merger integration work.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• As Services Counsel, you will support the GSL teams aligned to Digital Core, AI & Data, Cybersecurity, or Technology in conducting assessments of new service and product offerings, solutions, capabilities, and preparing those offerings for market.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues across the business, Global Services Legal and the broader Legal team Enable Accenture’s Sales & Delivery Legal team to efficiently handle day-to-day contracting, including developing guidance and templates and providing SME support to deal teams.
• Support the evaluation of prospective acquisition targets and development and implementation of post-merger integration strategy undefined

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• Minimum [8 yrs.] relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on data and AI servicesExperience with technology services, emerging technologies and offerings.
