Job summary

Outsourcey, based in the Philippines, is seeking a skilled Video Editor to craft emotionally engaging stories across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. You will transform raw footage into polished videos, edit interviews, and produce promotional content aligned with brand guidelines and fundraising initiatives.

You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with leadership, and stay ahead of trends in motion graphics, audio, and color grading to elevate our storytelling impact.

Qualifications

• Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience as a Video Editor or similar creative role.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Media Encoder, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Monday.com or similar project management platforms.
• Exceptional storytelling ability with understanding of pacing and audience engagement.
• Experience editing interviews, documentaries, promos, testimonials, and social content.
• Experience creating videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Strong motion graphics, color correction, audio editing, captions, and branding skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit emotionally engaging storytelling videos showcasing the organization's impact and mission.
• Transform raw footage into polished, compelling stories for audiences.
• Edit interviews with children, families, volunteers, partners, and supporters.
• Create promotional videos for fundraising events, community initiatives, and milestones.
• Develop content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form videos and reels.
• Follow brand guidelines, editing styles, intros/outros, transitions and formats.
• Create captions, subtitles, lower thirds, callouts and motion graphics.
• Incorporate music, color correction, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Design branded graphics, logos, animations and visuals.
• Organize large libraries of footage and assets.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan content calendars and schedules.
• Deliver final videos ready for publication and maintain consistency across content.
