Job summary

Vogue Concepts Inc. is seeking a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager for Triumph - SM Davao to lead the selling function, schedule staff, and maintain an organized, attractive floor. You will drive sales, oversee operations, and ensure excellent customer service in a fashion retail setting.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, and a Bachelor's degree in business-related field. This is a full-time on-site position with immediate availability.

• 1–2 years of related work experience required
• Retail experience is a MUST, preferably in fashion
• Position could be Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager depending on qualifications
• Area of Assignment: Triumph - SM Davao

• Key Result Areas include Sales, Operations (Customer Service, Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising); People Management, Supervision, and Training.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Retail experience is a MUST, preferably in fashion
• Depending on the candidates' qualifications, the position will either be as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager
• Area of Assignment: Triumph - SM Davao
• Can start ASAP
• 1 full-time position available
