Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is hiring a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for SM City Rosario to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service. You will oversee merchandising setup, stock, and display standards while coordinating the team to achieve objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has at least 5 years of retail experience, and demonstrates strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of experience in the Retail industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.
• Able to work in SM City Rosario.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-ins of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items as needed.
• Compile, update and report sales, staffing, assignments to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
