Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Maintain tidy and clean store environment.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to maintain store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team for effective operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Process daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Update and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and Superior.
• Communicate documents to HQ and Superior.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Handle other duties as assigned by Asst. Branch Manager/Branch Manager.

Daily Bank-in of store sales.

Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.

Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.

Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.

Working within established Guideline & SOP.

Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst. Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
