Job summary

Bricolage Group of Companies is seeking a capable Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive sales for Primark Mexico. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in retail, with strong leadership, organization, and people-management skills.

You will set up displays, manage staff performance, ensure compliance with SOPs, greet customers, and report sales to HQ while maintaining a safe, tidy store environment and achieving growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Filipino and English language skills
• 5 years of experience in the Retail Industry
• Leadership, organizational, and people management skills
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor & appraise duties.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers by ensuring a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Prepare, update, and report sales, staffing, assignments etc. to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents to HQ and Superior.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst. Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
