Job summary

Bricolage Group Of Companies is seeking a capable Store Supervisor to drive sales growth at NuCiti Central Batangas City. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership and merchandising skills. Fluency in Filipino and English is expected, with work at the Batangas site.

The successful candidate will manage daily operations, display merchandising, supervise staff, ensure compliance with SOPs, and maintain a safe, orderly store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Required languages: Filipino and English.
• Amenable to work in NuCiti Central Batangas City.
• Preferably Supervisor with 5+ years experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & display merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst. Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
