Bricolage Group Of Companies is seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor in the Philippines. The role focuses on driving sales performance, managing daily store operations, and ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment.

You will lead staff, implement merchandising standards, and comply with all procedures and legal requirements. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of team coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in the retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills are required.
• Preferably a supervisor with 5+ years of experience in sales - retail/general or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Bubong Ramain Lanao del Sur.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ and Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by Asst. Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
