Job summary

Bricolage Group Of Companies in Metro Manila is seeking a Store Supervisor for Puregold Sta. Ana to drive sales and operational excellence.

You will set up gondolas and merchandise displays, ensure daily operations run smoothly, keep the store tidy, and organize product placement. Responsibilities include customer service, staff coaching and discipline, compliance with legal requirements, recruitment and training, and reporting sales and staffing updates to HQ and superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• 5 years of working experience in the Retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise job performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Handle daily bank-ins of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes.
• Report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, and incidents to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst. Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
